Structure

The Universal Pulverizer spindle is equipped with a movable knife, and the gate is fitted with two fixed cutting wheels. The left side outside the motor is fitted with protective shell. Movable teeth on the movable fluted disc and fixed gear rings are arranged crosswise. When the spindle rotates at high speed, movable fluted disc rotates at the same time and material is injected into gap between the hammers and crushed under the action of collision between material and teeth, collision between materials, shearing friction or other combined effect. The finished mesh is adjusted by the screen. Air cooling of the unit may contribute to improve its service life. The device is durable and featured by simple structure, easy maintenance, high output, smooth operation and low noise.

Application

Universal Pulverizer is applicable in medicine, chemicals, food and other industries, for crushing dry brittle materials. Parts of the equipment which are in contact with crushing materials are made of stainless steel and featured by sound corrosion-resistance. With all closed rack, fan fitted may absorb dust and enable no dust flying.
